The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program [BBSYDP], initiated in 2008-09 by Government of Sindh, has been passed on to Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board[BBSHRRDB], established through Act of Assembly, Sindh 2013 as a public service initiative to develop human resource in Sindh by empowering youth (aged between 18-35 years) with employable skill sets that will multiply work avenues for them.
Youth population in Sindh is estimated at 55.7 and out of this youth population 1.7 million are unemployed. A large cohort of youth is unemployed as they do not have skills to compete in the job market. Skills development is an important step to promote employment generation; increase in number of skillful youth would increase per capita income, thus give boost to economy of province
BBSHRRDB has groomed 520000+ youth in 89 employment sectors plus 230 trades/ courses sand shaped the youth as an economic asset for the province. BBSHRRDB takes pride in ensuring implementation of standardized skill development training so that each man and woman would get equal opportunity. This approach would bring lucrative results in human resource development.
BBSHRRDB offers short term training programs, 4 to 6 month skill oriented technical and vocational trades in reputable institutions.
BBSHRRDB offers long term trainings, 1 to 4 years diploma /degree programs in reputable colleges and universities.
BBSHRRDB offers on job trainings in different sectors like health, automobiles, idustries, airline, and garments industry

Meeting
The 19th Board Meeting of the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource, Research and Development Board (BBSHRRDB) was held at Head Office Karachi.
The meeting was chaired by Worthy Chairman of the Board Mr. Tameez-ud-Din Khero, while Board Secretary Munawar Ali Mithani, Regional Consultant Eng. Taimur Ali, M. Suleman Dashti, and other officials also attended.
MEETING
Secretary BBSHRRDB, Engr. Munawar Ali Mithani, had a highly constructive meeting with His Excellency Mr. Yang Yundong , the Chinese Consul General, to discuss avenues of collaboration in skill education between Pakistan and China.
CEREMONY
Representing the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource, Research and Development Board (BBSHRRDB) during the Certification and Toolkits Distribution Ceremony organized by SZABIST Technical Institute, Kot Diji Campus. The Secretary, Universities and Boards Department, graced the event as the Chief Guest, while an international delegation was also invited to participate.
